Direct Billing (e-Claim)
Currently I offer direct billing to Telus Health insurers.
Please check if you require to get a Referral for Massage Therapy with your benefits provider. Some insurance require a doctor’s referral.
It is important that you contact me at least a few days before your appointment to initially set up for direct billing. The insurance portal requires you to sign 2 consent forms (permission to submit insurance claim on your behalf) before I can set up your profile.
On rare occasion, it is possible that your e-Claim may be rejected or failed to be processed in a timely manner (causes such as internet connection issues, provider’s website maintenance, your benefits was used up, etc.). Your benefits provider may also only reimburse payment directly to you. Should any of these happen, please be prepared to pay the balance via other payment method at the end of your treatment (see above for accepted methods of payment).
No Show Not showing up for an appointment results in full charge of the treatment fee, and is due prior to the next visit.
No Tipping I require no tipping, nor I expect you to do so :). The best tip if you are pleased with my service, is referral. If there is anybody you know, friends or families who can benefit from my service, kindly refer them to me.
